ELECTRICAL
USA sealed harness with 7-way plug. Truck-Lite lights. 2 front marker lights, 3 markers per side, 2 stop, turn & tail lights per side on rear, 3 markers lights at center on rear skirt and one 4" mid-turn light each side of trailer.
MAIN FRAME
24" deep fabricated automatic machine welded I-Beam with built in positive camber. 3/4" x 6 top and bottom flanges with 1/4" belly web. The main rail is punched to fit the contour of a 6" Jr.I-beam one piece floor sill.
SIDE RAIL
8’’ deep structural steel channel @ 8.5# with pockets 1-11/16’’ x 3-1/4’’ ID spaced on 24’’ centers with 1-1/4’’ pipe spools between each pocket and 3/8’’ x 3’’ skid rail
CROSSMEMBERS
6" high tensil steel I-beam on 12" centers
REINFORCEMENT
1/4’’x 3’’ flat bar welded to bottom of side rail on both side of trailer.
FRONT
Square front with half round pipe and pick up eye.
REAR
Rear skirt with 8-5/8’’ rolling tail pipe with self-aligning bearing supported by two extra heavy duty support rollers.
PAINT
Completely sand blasted, cleaned then primed with 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of Urethane paint.
